Unless our listing specifically states a product is "In Stock", then shipping time can vary. Most items that do not state "In Stock" are in stock. However, in very rare cases some are not. Most items, but not all, that are in stock will ship within one business day of cleared payment, unless we indicate otherwise. If you choose to pay via Paypal with a check, bank withdrawal, or certain other Paypal methods, Paypal may not clear your payment for days or even a week or more. This is Paypal's policy which we have no control over. Both Paypal and eBay inform us, as the seller, not to ship your product(s) until Paypal has cleared your payment.

Items are all shipped via regular mail, Tracking is not available unless specifically requested, at an additional cost.  All items usually ship with 1 working day of confirmation of payment excluding custom orders or items that specifically state a longer handling time.  If there are any problems with your order, please message us so we are able to assist you in rectifying the situation

We require that all payments be paid through PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to pay). This allows you to pay with any credit card, debit card, bank account, or your Paypal balance!

Your address must be confirmed. Buyers who pay with unconfirmed addresses will not be accepted. Those that purchase with an unconfirmed address will be contacted and will be asked to cancel their bid; a refund in full will be issued.

We refuse to service Paypal unconfirmed shipping addresses to prevent fraud on eBay. We do this at the recommendation of both Paypal and eBay. We are following their policies and guidelines on how to protect the marketplace.

Payment must be made within 7 days of purchasing item.

If you change your mind or accidentally ordered the wrong product, we offer a 30 day return policy with a 20% restocking fee as long as the part is unopened and in original packaging.

If the product has a problem to where it can not be installed or it’s primary function is at fault we will facilitate a manufacturer warranty to either get you a replacement or money back, Some manufacturers require any return to be processed through there own RMA system (for example AEM and Innovate Motorsports) then the a refund or money back will not be possible until such time it is approved faulty by the manufacturer

Any charges (Shipping, Insurances, Packing Material etc) that are non-recoverable costs will be deducted from the amount prior to a refund being issued.

Items returns that are unable to be sold in still new condition will result in a 20% restocking  including any external fees associated with the sale (i.e. postage, handling, insurance)

Cancellation is available for buyers until the product is shipped from our warehouse, buyers are to note that a delay of up to 24hrs can occur between an item being shipped and updated to your order status.

Any item that has already departed the warehouse will not be available for cancellation, a refund can occur once the item has been sent back to us in an unopened and new condition with any fees associated with it (refer to return tab)

Custom orders that require specific personalisation for the buyer are not warranted to any cancellation, the buyer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their order at their time of purchase.
